Fresh Brand Gear started the way many great things do — in a garage. Sitting on the stoop between our houses with a few beverages, we realized we had ideas to make the branded apparel industry better. We started with an idea — right where many great small businesses begin: a garage. Cliff from Stickfix gave us space in the back of his shop and said, “You’ll outgrow this place fast.” He was right — legend status earned. As demand grew, so did our need for in-house processes. With help from Steve at Texture Craft, we leveled up with more equipment and more room to grow. We bought our first embroidery machine… then another… and another. Today, we operate four. Growth brought change — and our current location finally gave us a space built for what we do best. We invested in an automatic screen-printing press to increase speed, efficiency, and turnaround time. We added a commercial Direct-to-Film printer to deliver faster turnarounds and even higher-quality results. We expanded again — adding laser etching to bring more custom-on-demand options, from mugs to tees.The Story of Us
What began as small orders for friends and family quickly grew into something bigger. With help from our friends at Stickfix, we moved into our first commercial space. Today, we operate a full shop offering in-house screen printing, digital transfers, direct-to-garment, and embroidery — supported by a dedicated team of 4 full-time and 5 part-time employees.
